Bad product or Tile choices can often make installation costs spiral considerably and leave the customer feeling distrustful and glad to see the back of everyone.
The unqualified advisor is impressed with their own invention of facts, the sales person is happy to have sold some tiles, the customer is glad that’s over, then the tiler turns up and...

It's the tiler that has to make your choices work, often to a price expectation that is out of date.
You cannot underestimate the value of working through your choices with your tiler, he wants to enjoy what he does and leave you, his customer, absolutely over the moon.
